We request a 10% deposit to secure dates on all moves. The balance for local moves is due upon completion. The balance for long-distance moves (50+ miles) is due upon arrival at the destination.

The official policy is YES. We also have the common sense policy which states: If there are no stairs involved it is fine to leave full so long as the item is well made and will not suffer from being transported full. Weight of the item is not the issue for movers when stairs are not involved.

Broken down cardboard boxes are removed at no cost on move day. If a landfill run is needed please alert us ahead of time so that we can plan.
The majority of the time we can work the gaps during normal storms. We might get a little wet, but your belongings are wrapped with a thick moving blanket to walk through the rain and then rewrapped in the truck so that its sure to remain dry. We would typically know in advance if there are any Major weather events coming and we will all communicate our plan A, B and C to make certain that everyone is happy.
We are not able to compete with Lowes or Home depot on box prices and encourage you to purchase materials from them ahead of the move. Our advantage comes from when we bring boxes with us to service your packing it saves you the burden of having to travel to purchase and haul boxes yourself. That is where we are able to beat the big box stores.
