A Mover You Can Confidently Hand Your Client To.

Your recommendation does not end when you give your client a phone number. If the mover is late, confusing, careless or unprepared, your client remembers who recommended them. HHG Movers gives South Georgia real estate professionals a licensed, direct moving company they can confidently put in front of buyers, sellers and families preparing for their next home.

Written Pricing Your client can see the moving plan before moving day.

The Mover Should Make You Look Smart for Recommending Them.

Real estate professionals spend months earning a client's trust. The moving company can damage that trust in one afternoon. Our job is to take over the moving problem professionally so the agent does not become the moving coordinator, complaint department and scheduling referee.

Clear Expectations

We explain what the move includes, what the customer needs to prepare, how pricing works and what HHG needs to know before moving day.

A Real Written Quote

The client should understand the price structure before the truck arrives. Local service uses our published rates while longer moves receive a written flat-rate quote after we review the actual household.

The Agent Can Step Out

Once your client is connected with HHG, our team works directly with them on inventory, access, moving details and scheduling unless the client wants you involved.

You sell the house. We move the household.

Your client should not need you to answer questions about trucks, packing, furniture protection, storage or how to move a piano. Send them to us and let the moving company handle the moving questions.

The Problems Realtors Actually See

The Move Rarely Fits Neatly Between “Sold” and “Closed.”

Real-estate moves have moving parts that ordinary moving ads rarely talk about. Closing dates change. Possession gets delayed. Sellers need the house empty. Buyers arrive from another state. A senior client suddenly has thirty years of household goods to sort through.

The Closings Do Not Line Up

The seller has to leave before the new home is available. HHG can review temporary warehouse storage as part of the moving plan.

The Closing Date Moves

Tell us as soon as the transaction changes. We will review the moving schedule and available options rather than letting everyone discover the problem on moving day.

The Seller Is Downsizing

Smaller destination, too much furniture, family helping remotely and difficult decisions. Our senior and downsizing service is built for this situation.

The Buyer Is Coming From Out of State

HHG handles interstate household moves with a written flat-rate quote and performs the move directly rather than brokering the shipment.

The House Needs to Be Staged

Furniture can sometimes be rearranged, removed, stored or delivered as part of a planned staging or pre-listing project.

The Client Is Not Packed

HHG can pack as much or as little of the household as the customer needs, from selected rooms to a more complete packing job.

There Is One Difficult Piece

Pianos, safes, antiques, artwork, large furniture and other specialty pieces should be identified before moving day so we can review the actual item and access.

The Family Is Coordinating From Somewhere Else

Video walkthroughs and written pricing make it easier to plan a move when a family member or decision-maker cannot be standing in the house for every conversation.

The Handoff

Give Us the Client. We Take It From There.

A referral should not create more work for the agent. HHG's process gives the customer a clear path from introduction to booked move.

1

Make the Introduction

Send your client our quote page, phone number or contact information.

2

We Learn the Move

HHG reviews the addresses, move date, household, access and any special situations.

3

Client Shows Us the Household

A video walkthrough is our normal starting point. In-person review is available when video is not practical.

4

We Send the Quote

The customer receives written pricing based on the move HHG actually reviewed.

5

They Reserve the Move

Once the estimate is accepted, a 10% deposit secures the move date.

Closing-Day Logistics

When Closing Dates Do Not Line Up, Build a Bridge Between Them.

The moving company should be part of the closing-date conversation before the customer is standing beside a loaded truck with nowhere to put the furniture.

Same-Day Transition

When timing works, the household can move directly from the old home to the new home as one planned move.

Seller Out Before Buyer Gets Possession

HHG can review temporary warehouse storage when the customer has to leave one property before the next home is available.

Closing Date Is Uncertain

Give HHG the best information available and update us when the transaction changes. The earlier we know about a change, the better we can review the available options.

Do not schedule the mover from the contract date alone.

Buyers and sellers should confirm when they will actually have possession, when the previous property must be empty and whether keys will be available before the moving schedule is finalized.

More Than One Kind of Client

One Realtor Can Send Us Five Completely Different Moves.

The right moving solution depends on the client, not the fact that a house sold. HHG can route the customer toward the service that actually fits the situation.

Home Sellers

Whole-house moving, packing, furniture removal from the listing and storage when the destination is not ready.

Home Buyers

Local, intrastate or interstate delivery into the new home with furniture placed in the rooms where the customer wants it.

Senior & Downsizing Clients

A slower, more deliberate move when the household has to be reduced, coordinated with family or moved into a smaller home or senior community.

Relocating Employees

Household relocation for employees moving into or out of South Georgia, including employer-supported relocations.

Luxury & Carefully Finished Homes

White-glove planning for homes, furniture and specialty pieces that call for additional protection and final-placement attention.

DIY Clients Who Need Help

Labor-only moving is available when the customer already has a rental truck, POD or other transportation and only needs professional moving labor.

A Realtor Resource Kit That Is Actually Useful

Send Your Client Answers Before They Start Calling Random Movers.

You do not have to explain moving regulations, moving prices or what someone should pack separately. HHG has already built resources you can send directly to the client.

Why the Referral Is Safer

Your Client Should Know Who Is Actually Moving Them.

One of the biggest differences between moving companies is what happens after the customer signs. HHG Movers is a direct mover — not a broker selling the shipment to another carrier.

HHG Crews

Our moving crews are W-2 HHG Movers employees. We do not build the crew from day laborers hired for that morning's job.

Licensed & Insured

USDOT 2792009 · MC 86750 · Georgia State License HHG8757. Clients and agents can verify who they are hiring before moving day.

No Broker

HHG Movers sells and performs HHG moves directly. The customer is not hiring one company only to discover another company has the shipment.

Transparent Moving Prices

The Client Can See Real Numbers Before You Refer Them.

We do not hide every number behind “Call for a quote.” Your client can review our published pricing structure first, then let HHG review the actual household and prepare the appropriate written quote.
