Start With What You Know. We'll Take It From There.
You do not have to have every detail figured out before you contact HHG Movers. Give us the basics, and we will help organize the next step.
If you would rather communicate by text, simply write “text only” in the Notes field. We are happy to work with you that way.
What Happens Next?
You Can Start With the Form, Pricing or the Walkthrough.
Different customers are at different stages. Use whichever starting point makes the most sense for you.
I'm Ready for a Quote
Fill out the form below and give us the basic details. This is the best starting point if you want HHG Movers to follow up about the move.
Go to the Quote Form →I Want a Price Range First
Use the Rate Planner for a realistic planning estimate before you submit the lead or send the walkthrough.
Use the Rate Planner →I Already Know I Want a Written Quote
Send the video walkthrough so we can see the inventory, access and specialty items that actually affect the job.
Send the Walkthrough →Ask Questions or Get a Quote
No pressure - We can answer questions with a call or via text. Let us know in the notes section below.

The Form Starts the Conversation. The Walkthrough Helps Us Price the Real Move.
A form can tell us where you are going and roughly what kind of move you have. It cannot show a packed garage, a difficult driveway, a piano, an elevator, a gun safe or a house with much more furniture than the bedroom count suggests.
Show the Inventory
Walk through every room and include closets, garages, sheds, shops and outside items that are moving.
Show the Access
Include stairs, elevators, gates, parking, long carries and any tight or unusual route the movers will have to use.
Show Specialty Items
Pianos, safes, oversized furniture, artwork, gym equipment and other unusual pieces should be clearly visible.
The Quote Process Changes a Little Depending on the Job.
Local Moving
Moves within Georgia and within 50 miles are generally handled as local moving services. The Rate Planner can give you a planning estimate before the walkthrough.
Local Moving Details →Long-Distance Moving
Georgia moves of 50 miles or more and interstate moves are reviewed for a flat-rate written quote. HHG Movers is the mover, not a broker.
Long-Distance Details →Commercial or Specialty
Commercial projects, white-glove work, pianos and large-item moves may need more detail about inventory, access, placement or project timing.
View All Services →A Few Things Worth Knowing Up Front
Clear expectations make the quote process easier for everybody.
No Broker
HHG Movers performs the moves we book. We do not sell your move to another carrier.
10% Deposit
Once the written estimate is accepted, a 10% deposit is used to secure the move date.
Monday–Friday Planning
Our normal moving schedule is Monday through Friday. Weekend work is quoted only if we choose to take the date.
Questions Customers Usually Have Before They Submit
Do I have to know my exact move date?
No. If your date is still changing, enter your best estimate. Closing dates and construction timelines change all the time.
Can I ask HHG Movers to text instead of call?
Yes. Write “text only” in the Notes field and we will know that texting is your preferred way to communicate.
Do I need the full pickup and delivery addresses?
Full addresses are best, but ZIP codes are enough to get the lead started if the exact address is not known yet.
Is the Rate Planner my final quote?
No. It is a planning tool. Your written quote after HHG Movers reviews the move is the price document that matters.
Why do you want a video walkthrough?
The walkthrough lets us see inventory, access and specialty items that a short web form cannot capture accurately.
What if I cannot record a walkthrough?
Tell us. We can discuss another way to review the move, including an in-person estimate when filming is not practical.
