Walk The House
Walk room to room at a steady pace. Pan left, pan right, then move on. Show us the furniture, closets, storage areas and access.
Stop & Let It Upload
When you're finished, tap the red square to stop recording. Then leave the page open while the video uploads.
Leave The Page Open After You Press Stop.
The video uploads after recording ends. Once that finishes, you are done.
What Should You
Show Us?
Think of it like you're walking one of our movers through the house. We want to see what is moving and anything that could affect how we plan the crew.
- Walk through every room that has items being moved
- Pan left and right so we can see the whole room
- Open closets that contain items going with you
- Show the garage, attic, shed or storage areas if applicable
- Show stairs, tight hallways, gates or difficult access
- Show where the moving truck will be able to park
- Show large or unusually heavy items clearly
A Little Explanation Helps.
If something is not moving, simply say, “This stays.”
If you have a piano, gun safe, pool table, large sectional, treadmill, antique or another unusual piece, give us a few extra seconds to see it clearly.
If a piece is near and dear to you, say so. That helps us know it deserves a little extra attention when we plan the move.
You do not need to narrate the whole house. A sentence or two when something matters is plenty.
